Our promise

We want every IELTSweb AI Scoring report to give you something useful. If something went wrong with your report, we will refund it.

When you can request a refund

You can request a full refund of an AI Scoring purchase within 14 days of the order date if any of the following applies:

  • the AI scoring failed and we could not produce a report for your attempt;
  • your audio recordings could not be processed because of a technical fault on our side;
  • the report you received is clearly broken (e.g. missing band scores, empty feedback) due to a technical issue.

Because the AI report is a digital product that is generated and delivered immediately on payment, refunds for change of mind after a complete, working report has been delivered are at our discretion.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. You can:

  • visit paddle.net, look up your order with the email you used at checkout, and request a refund directly; or
  • email us at support@ieltsweb.com with your order email and the date of purchase, and we will handle the request with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

When a refund is processed, access to the refunded AI Scoring report is revoked. You can purchase a new report at any time by taking the test again.
